Ingredients
  

  • 45 ml Citrus Vodka - Absolute and Kettle One both make great citrus vodkas.
  • 15 ml Cointreau
  • 10 ml Cranberry Juice - Try to use a dry cranberry juice for a balanced flavour.
  • 10 ml Lime Juice
  • 5 ml Sugar syrup
  • Orange Peel

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Start by placing 45 ml Citrus Vodka, 15 ml Cointreau, 10 ml Cranberry Juice, 10 ml Lime Juice and 5 ml Sugar syrup in your shaker.
  2. Fill your shaker with cubed ice.
  3. Shake vigorously until the shaker becomes cold.
  4. Get your chilled Coupe glass.
  5. Strain and fine strain the mixture into your Coupe.
  6. Express the Orange Peel over the drink, rub it on the rim of the glass and place into the drink as a garnish
  7. And just like that you've made a sophisticated and beautifully balanced Cosmo. Enjoy!
