A Pisco Sour

Be transported to south America with this new wave classic.

Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml Pisco
  • 25 ml Lemon Juice
  • 15 ml Egg White - To make the drink vegan you can substitute egg white for aquafaba.
  • 12.5 ml Sugar Syrup
  • 1 Lime Peel

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Place 50 ml Pisco, 25 ml Lemon Juice, 15 ml Egg White and 12.5 ml Sugar Syrup in your shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously until the shaker becomes cold.
  3. Strain the mixture back into the shaker and discard the ice,
  4. Shake again without ice to incorporate air into the drink.
  5. Fine strain the mixture into your glass.
  6. Garnish with 1 Lime Peel.
  7. Now your ready to serve up some delicious Pisco Sours!
