Ingredients
  

  • 60 ml vodka
  • 120 ml tomato juice
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp prepared horseradish
  • 6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 dash hot sauce
  • 1 pinch celery salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 pinch salt
  • Optional: ¼ tsp soy sauce splash olive brine or pickle juice

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients to the shaker.
  3. Using a Julep strainer 'throw' the mixture between two large tins or roll the shaker to combine.
  4. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish to your liking.
