Method
- Chill a coupe glass.
- In a shaker, add gin, Cointreau, lemon juice, and marmalade.
- Dry shake for 5-10 seconds to dissolve the marmalade.
- Add ice and shake hard for 10-15 seconds
- Fine strain into the chilled glass to remove any marmalade pulp (unless you like texture).
- Garnish with a thin orange twist
