Breakfast Martini

Ingredients
  

  • 60 ml London Dry Gin
  • 15 ml Cointreau
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Bar spoon orange marmalade

Method
 

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. In a shaker, add gin, Cointreau, lemon juice, and marmalade.
  3. Dry shake for 5-10 seconds to dissolve the marmalade.
  4. Add ice and shake hard for 10-15 seconds
  5. Fine strain into the chilled glass to remove any marmalade pulp (unless you like texture).
  6. Garnish with a thin orange twist
