  • 2 oz aged rum
  • 2 oz pineapple juice fresh if possible
  • 1.5 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz heavy cream optional
  • .5 oz lime juice
  • .5 oz sugar syrup
  • Ice

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into a chilled hurricane glass.
  3. Garnish with pineapple and coconut flair (wedge, frond, or toasted rim) and a cherry.
